Language Rules
Any swearing is not prohibited, just nothing absolutely vulgar. Just the occasional fuck or shit or crap...nah, thats not one...anyway, you get my drift. Basically, you can swear as much as you like, but just nothing to vulgar (like racist swearwords).
Following that rule, I am sorry, but using the Lords' names as a swearword is STRICTLY prohibited. Jesus Christ, Jesus, Jeez, God damn, or anything of the likes is banned completely. If anyone is caught doing that, they will either:
Have the post deleted (if its in the Cbox or just a few word post),
Have the post edited with an admins note to say why it was edited,
Or if all else fails, ban or delete or freeze the person.
I am sorry, but we are English here and some of us do not understand other languages (wormed out of the class LOL). OK, you might think I am stupid doing this, but people have translators, don't they?! Anyway, I am an admin of HEAPS of sites and role play in others, so I am sorry but I don't have the time to be going in and out of free translators just to work out what the bloody heck you are talking about. In other words, people who use non-English languages on here will be deleted. I hope this doesn't sound racist, but it gets very annoying with the Spanish comments on You tube and having to go into translators to understand.
Any defaming language against a person, animal, plant or religion is totally prohibited. In your posts, your character can make comments like that cause they are animals. Animals fear humans, so it is natural for them to think like that. You can also make comments like 'she was like a Muslim in a Christian family' or 'she was like a white kid in a black family'. That is called similies...I think. Man, I should pay attention in English class...
*coughs* anyway, using that type of language is OK. But when you are being deliberately defaming anything above at the start, it is not allowed. You can rant and rave in the Rant and Raves board that is located in the General board, in which you can defame a person/religion/plant/animal etc...
but saying it to a person on this board DIRECTLY, such as:
'OMFG, your a Muslim! I hate Muslims, so I hate you too!'
'Atheists are stupid, man. They don't believe in God, so I hate them'
'Nature sucks. I hate plants, leaves. Man, its all crap'
'I hate wolves. I want to kill them, cause I honestly hate their guts'
'You are a complete bitch/slut for being gay! I hate you!'
(THAT IS JUST AN EXAMPLE, BY THE WAY).
Now, those things aren't really nice, and they usually start board wars, and a lot of people get hurt. SO none of that.
Breaking these rules will result in banning, freezing or deleting the perpetrator (too much Law and Order for me XD).
